डिएसपीले समेत सलाम गर्ने नक्कली सभासद पक्राउ (भिडियोसहित) Kathmandu, The police arrested a man who identified himself a councillor of CA. He is fake councillor. The man name Sagar Bahadur Thapa lived in Jorpati Kathmandu, control by local people & report to police.
He got arrested because he himself says he is a councillor of CA & have a relation with different ministers. Thapa say he is the president of CA, try to take inappropriate profit from plebeian people so that he is arrested by police.
Thapa, also identify himself a honorable councillor in invitation card of his sons’s bratabanda ceremony held on Chaitra 26. The permanent address of Thapa is Butwal. According to police, Thapa himself say he is also the president of World Hindu Young Union & spokesman of National Shiva Military Party.
The DSP of Armed Police Force & Sergeant salute Thapa each day. That’s why local people ask to find the fact about DSP & Sergeant.
